It is not the same entrance as you have used when you check in at the Mercure Hotel Toc Tien Cable Car station.

Fantastic option to stay in the French Village and have guest-only access at 6am to see the Golden Bridge with only about 10 people, which allowed us to capture some wonderful photos. for this aspect alone the price was worth it and I’d book again if coming back rather than doing a day trip to Bana Hill from elsewhere. The family bunk room we stayed in was clean and comfortable and included two adult cable car/ park entry tickets. Beds were very large single sized, perfect for our family of four. The hotel is spread over multiple buildings and we were in the Bordeux Building. Breakfast was included and was a fantastic buffet in the main reception building. Sunworld itself is quite quirky and there is so much to do. I’d advise trying to arrive in the morning and store luggage until check in time then leave when the park closes the following day so you get two full days to experience everything. We packed as much as we could into 24hrs but more time would have been good as there was so much to see and you do have to line up for a lot of the rides.

The whole resort was beautiful and well-maintained and certainly worth the experience. We highly recommend staying overnight as most of the tourists disappear (+- 17:00 hours) in order to catch the last cable car down the mountain. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The room (amazing view of French Quarter cathedral and street below) and bathroom were excellent; the bed was comfortable. The room included a safe and a kettle. The swimming pool complex (free pool with hotel stay) was beautiful and well-maintained.

Staff were helpful. Sunworld staff saw me with bags and approached me to take a seat. Called mecure staff who found me and took me all the way from the bottom to Hotel room making it easy for us. Same on way back, called our grab driver for us to tell them where we were at Mecure to pick us up easily. Everything was so easy and smooth.

We traveled for our honeymoon and I informed hotel about it, so once we arrived we were checked in and had breakfast in a VIP areas, as well as found a cake with a beautiful handwritten note and a towel art on the bed. I chose this place for it's location on Ba Na hills in the attraction park - it was great! Especially after all crowds left after last cable car was gone and we could walk around and make nice pictures. Keep in mind that it was winter season, so there is almost zero visibility, so you won't find beautiful views, but for us it was great, since you are inside the cloud, atmosphere was like in the magical, mystery forest. Staff was nice, but didn't go extra mile, they did the job as expected. Breakfast is great: huge variety of options for any nationality. We had a room on the second floor with a view on a castle: it was amazing, super clean, we switched on heater and room became warm, despite high humidity outside. Bathtub saved our lives after climbing Marble mountain that day.
